As an experienced part of the HMT department, Barbara shares how important it is for her and her colleagues to help when new people start.

Christian is an intern in our Test department, and he shares that no matter how much you learn or know, you are always going to need a little help from time to time,
“At Micro Technic, helpfulness goes both ways! When I started, my older colleagues were amazing at showing me the ropes. Now, as I learn new things e.g. a specific soldering technique, I can even help others even if they might have more experience than me! We all have different strengths. Here, it’s not about seniority – everyone needs a hand sometimes, and you can always learn something new.”
