micro-technic.com, PC104.dk and PC104shop.com are managed, marketed and designed by Micro Technic in Denmark. Micro Technic manufactures most of the PC/104 boards available in this online shop. Additionally, we are co-operating with some the most esteemed and successful PC/104 suppliers world-wide. It is our goal to provide the customers with quality PC/104 solutions 24 hours a day. We hope to provide you with highly competitive solutions and useful support on any of the products available on this E-commerce site.

Delivery Schedule
We normally will send out your order within 1-2 business days from when it is received. International shipping times may vary depending on what is in stock. We will begin to process the order right away and get back to you with any potential back orders and when they are expected to return. Delivery times -as indicated with green/yellow/red or black are subject to change without notice.
Shipments
We ship all orders within the EU (plus Scandinavia, Switzerland, and Turkey) with DPD. For all other countries, shipment is done by FedEx. You will be able to see the shipping charge for your order when selecting Check out, after which you will be prompted for your shipping destination and VAT(EU only).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock (as indicated on our website), we will back order it for you and ship it upon availability. All international orders will ship when the entire order is complete. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. When possible, we will provide any information that we may have in regards to when an item is expected to return, and will gladly hold your order until it does.
Credit Card Security
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Dankort, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. Our payment systems is approved SSL (Secure Socket Layer) solution. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping cart system over the Internet. All numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, server, or cgi-bin.
We do not charge your credit card before the items has been shipped. Back orders will not be charged before shipment either.
American Express Credit Cards Special Notice
As American Express payment system only support payment in local currency (Dkk), we cannot accept American Express in other currencies than Danish Kroner (DKK). Please make sure that if you paying by American Express to choose DKK as currency when submitting your order.
Payments on American Express cards in other currencies than Dkk, will NOT be processed.
Warranty
All our items have a 12 Month warranty from delivery date for defects and functional failures. This warranty only covers products which has been applied in accordance with the manual pertaining to the product. Micro Technic makes no other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
No items can be returned without Micro Technic's prior acceptance in writing. Micro Technic will provide an RMA number as authorization for the return of the items. Items that are found to be defective can be exchanged for the exact same item or the defective items will be repaired, if possible. If an item somehow becomes damaged during shipment, we will gladly provide an exact replacement. In the rare event that this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will provide return details.
Privacy Policy
Micro Technic does not and will not disclose any customer information to third parties. You will not receive unsolicited materials (electronic or snail) from strangers as a result of our site. Cookies are used, but only in order to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have chosen an item.
